NADA Guides

Valuation of New and Used cars/trucks and specialty guides.

Credit Reports
Credit Report services from Trans Union, Experian, and Equifax including additional information as an add-on.

Tri-Bureau Merged Credit Report
Credit Report from Equifax, Trans Union and Experian that merges all 3 bureaus together into one report and provides a Beacon Score from Equifax, Empirica Score from Trans Union and a Fair Issac Score from Experian. A fraud detection alert is also available if required by the credit union.

Flood Reports

Standard flood hazard determination reports from Trans Union.

Home Value Explorer

Real property value estimates from Freddie Mac to assist you in your loan process.

Employment Verification

A pre-employment evaluation report to make decisions about hiring, promoting, reassigning, or retaining an employee from Trans Union.

UCC/CORP Search

Search for UCC filings, tax liens, corporate information such as articles on incorporation, assumed name filings, court record information etc. from Paragon Document Research, Inc.

Total ID is a quick and easy. It matches the input application data to multi-source databases and provides mismatch results, then quantifies the results and displays in a verification summary.
