Help Your Credit Union Navigate Through Times of Change,  Rick Olson
Change is inevitable. If you don’t like change, you will like irrelevance much less. One of the key responsibilities of leadership is helping the credit union navigate effectively through change. Change is not an option, it is an imperative.

  • The Challenge: Change brings stress
  • The Approach: You can’t do change to people, but you can do change with them
  • The Mission: Embrace and drive change
  • The Solution: Creating a learning environment and coaching culture
