Free Elder Abuse Financial Exploitation Training

The Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief and Consumer Protections Act (S.B. 2155), which became law in 2018, included Section 303 that provides legal immunity for properly trained financial services employees who disclose concerns about financial exploitation of senior citizens. The immunity will be provided only if the employee making the report has completed Senior Citizen Financial Exploitation Training. Baldini Lang LLC, a CUAD CAP Partner law firm, will be providing Senior Citizen Financial Exploitation Training via WebEx on January 15, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. CT. The presenter will be Richard Lang, who serves dozens of credit union clients, including credit unions in his home state of South Dakota.
