Capital Credit Union Joins “Open Your Eyes” Campaign

Credit Union Association of the Dakotas (CUAD) is thrilled to report that Capital Credit Union of Bismarck, North Dakota is the latest to join the “Open Your Eyes” awareness initiative with their pledge of financial support.


“Capital Credit Union is proud to join the Open Your Eyes to a Credit Union campaign,” stated Vance Reinbold, CEO of Capital CU. “We are excited to help raise awareness of the great services credit unions provide their members as well as help consumers understand the advantages of being a credit union member. Collaborating with credit unions around the region and country is something we are really looking forward to,” he added.

Jeff Olson, President/CEO of CUAD, agrees that collaboration is what makes this initiative effective and unique. “Here is the important part we all must remember: This effort will be an alignment of consistent messaging that will be seen and heard by consumers wherever they are – in the Dakotas or anywhere in the country. We simply couldn’t accomplish this without the support from our members, and we sincerely thank Vance and Capital Credit Union for their kind pledge.”


The “Open Your Eyes” awareness initiative is expected to appear across digital channels here in the Dakotas sometime in February. Recently, CUNA officially announced that the consumer-facing website that supports the initiative is now live. If you haven’t seen it, we strongly encourage you to peruse


In addition, CUAD is planning a members-only “All-In” webinar on February 8 at 3:00 p.m. CT.
