Grand Opening for Med5 FCU

Med5 Federal Credit Union is inviting all of their credit union peers to join them in a celebration of the Grand Opening of their new branch. This open house event will be held on Thursday, June 20 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at their new office located at 4956 5th Street in Rapid City. Refreshments including wine, beer, and cheese will be served.

 

Free Virtual Discovery Conference from CMG!

CUNA Mutual Group has announced registration is open for its 10th annual Discovery Conference being held on Aug. 15. This unique virtual experience offers new perspectives from innovation experts and industry thought leaders to help credit unions prepare for their upcoming 2020 strategic planning. The no-cost event is designed specifically for credit union CEOs and their leadership teams. All credit union and league employees are welcome and encouraged to attend. CDRLF Grants Now Open

Low-income credit unions interested in Community Development Revolving Loan Fund grants can submit applications until July 20. Credit unions interested in applying for CDRLF grants should register with the federal government’s System for Award Management. SAM.gov is an official U.S. government website that collects, validates, stores, and disseminates business information about the federal government's trading partners to support contract awards, grants, and electronic payment processes. Credit unions should use the NCUA’s CyberGrants portal to submit grant applications.

 

Upcoming Chapter Events

The Southeast 605 Chapter of Credit Unions is holding their 2019 Annual Charity Golf Tournament on Thursday, June 27 at the Elmwood Golf Course in Sioux Falls. Sign up by June 1 and receive the Early Bird fee of just $90 per player. After June 1, the fee will be $100 per player. There are also sponsorships available.
