We Need Small Credit Unions to Stay!
by CUAD Communications

A recent article in CU Insight by Amanda Thomas, Founder of TwoScore, examined the important role that small credit unions play in the industry.

While some may believe that the small credit unions are a disappearing phenomenon, that they are becoming irrelevant, the fact is, there will always be an important role for small credit unions to play.

It’s an interesting read and you can find it here.

On that note, CUAD is holding a Small Credit Union CEO Roundtable that will address some of the very issues that are presented in the article. This one-day meeting will take place on Thursday, September 5th from 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. at the Doubletree by Hilton in West Fargo, ND.

This meeting is specifically for CEOs of Credit Unions $100 million and under in assets. Discover what small credit unions need to do to grow and become relevant. Topics to be covered include loans, deposits, sustaining member growth and how it affects your business lifecycle, just to name a few. We will also address issues that deal with staff and volunteer training and recruitment, third party vendor risks, and social media policies.

This is an excellent opportunity for CEOs of our small credit unions to network with their peers that share a common thread. Learn more here! Registration will open soon - save the date now!
