Due to circumstances beyond our control, the Board of Directors for the Credit Union Foundation of the Dakotas (CUFD) has moved the DATE and LOCATION of their 3rd Annual Golf Scramble. “It’s unfortunate that the Jamestown golf course didn’t work out, but I am confident that we can turn this development into a positive and make this another successful Foundation event,” stated Jeff Olson, President/CEO of Credit Union Association of the Dakotas (CUAD).

The event will now be held on Thursday, August 29th, 2019 at Apple Creek Country Club in Bismarck.

Please note: Those attending the CU Professionals Roundtable on August 28 & 29 will have adequate time after the close of that event to join the golf outing, if they so desire. In fact, we encourage you to join the fun and help support our Foundation while you’re in Bismarck.

Here are some important event details:

  • Shotgun Start at 11:00 a.m.
  • Lunch on your own! Please eat prior to the event or bring your own bag lunch with you.
  • A burger bar will be served during award presentations at the end of the day.

NEW this year! To maximize our fundraising potential, our golf outing will now be OPEN to ALL CREDIT UNION MEMBERS!

If you would like to promote this to your general membership or invite a certain group of members, please contact Lori Welder for marketing materials including a promotional flyer and social media graphics. This is a great opportunity to network with your members!

Remember, all proceeds raised from this golf tournament will go directly to the CUFD to be used for high school and college scholarships, grants for financial literacy, and directly given to Dakota charities such as Habitat for Humanity, local Red Cross organizations, and more. While reaching out to the community in these ways, we create more awareness of Dakota credit unions as a better financial services option for consumers.

We hope you can join us at the new date and location – August 29th in Bismarck. If you are able to consider a sponsorship, there are still opportunities available.
