CUAD would like to congratulate three Dakota credit union professionals for their outstanding achievement of completing CUNA Management School. At a graduation ceremony recently held in Madison, Wisconsin, Heather Fleck, (shown left) VP of Operations, Railway CU (Mandan, ND), Shana Norin, (center) Branch Manager, Sioux Falls FCU (Sioux Falls, SD) and Jane Carlson, (right) Chief Information Officer, Sentinel FCU (Box Elder, SD) were each named Certified Credit Union Executives (CCUE).

CUNA Management School is a comprehensive, credit union focused leadership development program that blends academic training with hands-on activities and projects to provide professionals with real-world applications to enhance their leadership. The CCUE designation is awarded after completing a three year executive education program, as well as exams, projects and an oral presentation. The designation demonstrates the highest level of aptitude in credit union leadership. The coursework provides advanced credit union management and operations techniques, preparing graduates to advance into higher executive roles.

“We are very proud to have three graduates from CUNA Management School this summer representing the Dakotas,” said Jeff Olson, President/CEO. “This course takes commitment and perseverance, and Heather, Shanna, and Jane are to be commended on their accomplishment,” he concluded.

CUAD would also like to acknowledge Katie Bredvik, CEO of Coteau Valley FCU, who is on track to graduate next year with her CCUE designation, and Julia Diedrich, Assistant Manager of Oahe FCU, who has completed her first year.

The 2020 CUNA Management School will be held July 12-22 in Madison, WI. Learn more by visiting
