What Can Intelligent Automation Do For My CU?
by CUAD Communications

We hear a lot about the growing use of “Artificial Intelligence” in the financial world today, but experts in the area prefer the term “Intelligent Automation.” From cleaner processes – to erasing errors – to cutting costs, Intelligent Automation technologies are already disrupting traditional banking as we know it, and that’s a very good thing! During this interactive presentation at the New Ideas Conference, learn how Intelligent Automation is being applied to the credit union industry today.

Jesse McGannon, Vice President of Advisory Services for Strategic Resource Management (SRM), will be leading this session. SRM is an independent firm that advises financial institutions in building and executing business strategies and strategic sourcing initiatives, and Jesse works with financial institutions to provide proven management and organizational guidance. His technical and organizational change experience has provided credit unions with a roadmap to success, and we’re bringing his vast knowledge directly to our Dakota credit unions.

McGannon attended University of Notre Dame, where he obtained a degree in Management Information Systems. He has over 11 years of experience in financial services and payments strategy consulting, and has developed an impressive range of programs and infrastructural plans for clients. Prior to joining SRM, he was employed at Accenture and has performed project work for a large Canadian bank, a Big 4 US bank, a Big 4 credit card company, and a mid-sized holding company.

At the New Ideas Conference, Jesse will cover specific use cases, how much can be gained from each, and how credit unions of all sizes can get started. If shortening cycle times and improving member services, freeing up valuable staff time while minimizing errors, and reducing staff turnover and training costs appeals to you, don’t miss this opportunity to learn more about future-proofing your credit union for success.

Every credit union professional that is interested in learning about future possibilities for the credit union industry, as well as a strategic new thinking and reacting process, will take away some New Ideas to help you and your credit union succeed.

Plan now to join us October 7 – 9 in Rapid City and stay tuned to the Memo for more details about this upcoming event!
