Thomas A. Kolditz, retired Brigadier General, Executive Director of the Doerr Institute for New Leaders and Leadership keynote speaker and author will open the conference with his keynote, In Extremis Leadership: Leading As If Your Life Depended On It.

This year’s conference will host eight breakout sessions covering topics like the U.S. Economic Outlook and Its Impact on Credit Unions; People Helping People in the Digital Era; The Needs Adaptive Member Journey; Payments in the New Normal; Emotional Engagement; 2020 Market Update; Customer Experience Design; and Delivering Distinct Member Experiences with Open Banking.
