FREE Webinar from JMFA

When it comes to meeting your members’ service needs and expectations, it’s imperative not to take any chances on regulatory and compliance expectations. Regulators continue to maintain their focus on several issues related to financial services, technology, security, and consumer protection. What’s more, over the past few years there has been an uptick in litigation against financial institutions for using unfair and deceptive practices related to their overdraft protection strategies.

You are invited and encouraged to attend this informative session discussing the necessary precautions to mitigate your risk of potential legal issues, best practices for communicating with members to improve service delivery, and guidelines for successfully managing your overdraft program. JMFA presents “How to Avoid Compliance Risks and Improve Your Overdraft Strategy” on Wednesday, November 19 at 2:00 p.m. (CT). Click here to reserve your spot.
