Norstar FCU Joins "Open Your Eyes" Campaign!

CUAD is thrilled to report that Norstar Federal Credit Union of Britton, South Dakota has joined the “Open Your Eyes” Awareness Initiative with a three-year financial support commitment!

 

“Norstar FCU is excited to be part of the Open Your Eyes Campaign,” says Jane Duerre, CEO.  “We need to increase the awareness on what we can do for members. Credit unions need to become a viable option for all of consumers’ financial needs. I love the idea of squashing the myths about who can join a credit union! This campaign is well thought out and gives all credit unions a fresh new image in the eyes of consumers,” she added.

 

“This commitment by Norstar Federal Credit Union is welcome news” says Jeff Olson, President/CEO of CUAD. “This is a unique moment for the credit union movement to work together and build our future. We know we are better together, and every investment from our member credit unions will assist in our efforts to get more consumers to consider credit unions as their best financial services provider,” he concluded.

 

Here at CUAD, we are extremely pleased to see more and more credit unions joining the campaign and making pledges. Our plan is to feature each credit union that has signed on to the campaign in the Memo, so stay tuned to see who else is getting on board!

 

The campaign, scheduled to launch in January of 2019, promises to be a game changer for America’s credit unions and will feature web-friendly video specifically intended for use on digital channels with highly-targeted demographic targets.
